Pigalle is the name of a place of Paris, located around the Pigalle place between IXe and XVIIIe districts. The place is famous to be a high tourist place (it is located the Montmartre), and a �œhot district” (presenting trade at erotic character).
One still finds there many sex shops, specialized erotic bars, some prostitutes. But its most representative trade is now that of the musical instruments (guitars, keyboards…), in particular in the south of the Pigalle place.
The Pigalle district also includes several rooms of spectacles, cabarets (of which the famous Moulin-Rouge, known in the whole world).
