Administrative capital of the Limousin region and ‘préfecture’ of the Haute-Vienne department, the city of Limoges is the 24th of the France.
The city of Limoges is in the West Center of the France about 400 Km of Paris and 300 of Toulouse. The Vienne river goes through the city.
The city is mainly known for its porcelain industry (the Limoges porcelain) of international fame.
