The village is located on a promontory overlooking the valley of 'Ru Ancoeur' (or Ancueil). it put up around the castle, which was part of an overall defensive field between royal domain and champagne.
Features: the Church of Saint-Maurice and the famous medieval castle of Blandy-les-Tours (see section 'Castle Blandy-les-Tours')
