The Vendôme place is typical French traditional town planning. Most of the frontages is classified historic building. In its center, is the Vendôme column. It is one of the universally famous places of Paris. It is located in the 1st district of Paris. It is in the north of the garden of Tuileries and the east of the church of the Madeleine.
